From information to the next useful action

01

Receive with context

Keep supplier orders and partial receipts together. Record stock coming in or going out with a reference you can find later.

02

Explore before ordering

Adjust a safety buffer and include or exclude incoming deliveries. See current stock, the target and the proposed order side by side.

03

Make returns explicit

Record the customer return reference and whether units go back into stock. A physical return and a payment refund are separate decisions.

Your first useful workflow

  1. 1

    Start with one product

Add a product with its current quantity. Use variants for sizes or colours that you count separately.

  2. 2

    Give it a home

Choose a primary location and add a stock alert threshold to products you want to review for replenishment.

  3. 3

    Record a real receipt

Open the product’s actions, choose Receive stock, enter the quantity and reference, then review before confirming.

Questions before you start

Can I use it for an online shop?

Yes, to catalogue products and manage physical stock, purchases and returns. Native marketplace and storefront synchronisation is not included in this workflow.

Does a scenario place an order?

No. A scenario helps you choose quantities. You still add purchase lines, choose a supplier and review the draft before confirming.
