Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Pro Inventory ("the Service"), operated by Heratoon Group AB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

My Pro Inventory is a web-based inventory management application that allows users to track, organize, and manage their personal or business assets. The Service includes features such as asset tracking, QR/barcode generation and scanning, analytics, multi-location management, and data export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (as per GDPR Art. 8 and Swedish law). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Plans & Subscriptions

Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the Service, including up to 25 assets, 3 categories, 3 types, and 1 location. Free plan users may use the Service at no cost indefinitely.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan removes resource limits and unlocks features including unlimited assets, locations, categories, and types, plus analytics dashboards, custom fields, field templates, label printing, and data export. Pro plan pricing is available in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF) with monthly and yearly billing options. Tax treatment depends on billing details and currency; the final total is shown at checkout.

Business Plan

The Business plan includes everything in Pro, plus up to 5 team members, REST API access and priority email support. Business plan pricing is available in the same currencies and billing intervals as Pro.

Billing & Currencies

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We support billing in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, and CHF. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, and in EUR otherwise. Tax treatment depends on your billing details and currency. The final tax amount and total are shown at checkout.

Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading never deletes your data: items that exceed the new plan's limits remain stored and can still be viewed and exported. While you are over a limit, creating new items of that kind is paused until you are back within the limit or upgrade again.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to store illegal or prohibited content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Heratoon Group AB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the Service (inventory data, images, custom fields, etc.). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heratoon Group AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden.
